Koch & Carlisle Plastic Surgery & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator that is a Licensed Aesthetician to join our team, working at the front desk while participating in our advanced aesthetic training program. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in a medical spa and build a long-term career performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience.
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk operations/ Spa Support duties .
- Answer phones and support daily clinic flow.
- Learn our products, services, and patient experience from the ground up.
- Participate in our structured aesthetic training program.
What You'll Learn
As you grow with our team, you'll receive hands-on training in advanced medical aesthetics, including:
- Medical-grade skincare
- Chemical peels
- Laser treatments
- Microneedling
- Body contouring
- Advanced patient consultations
- Additional medical spa procedures under the guidance of our experienced providers and aesthetic team
Qualifications
- Current Iowa Licensed Aesthetician (required)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient education.
