Our Team
You'll join the KES Consolidations group, a high-performing team that values collaboration, work-life balance, and has a continuous-improvement mindset. We leverage various ERP and consolidation tools and are constantly looking for new ways to streamline reporting and improve financial statement accuracy.
What You Will Do
- Lead and evaluate the monthly close consolidation efforts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual Koch reporting.
- Collaborate with the KES Business Groups to improve close processes.
- Partner with business and capability teams to assess and communicate impactful items.
- Own, organize, and automate requests from the government.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience analyzing financial statements and identifying key drivers (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow etc.).
- Experience collaborating with other team members and/or stakeholders to develop and communicate points of view.
- Experience prioritizing multiple responsibilities and driving initiative forward.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including Excel skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in the monthly close and/or year-end audit process for multinational business.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting.
- Experience using OneStream or other consolidation reporting tools.
- Process improvement / process transformation / process implementation experience.
