If you are an exceptionally talented professional with passion for improving processes and using data to drive actionable insights, our Operations Analyst role could be right for you. The Operations Analyst will manage and execute a variety of responsibilities that enable the Koch Supplier Strategies team to work in a more efficient and effective manner. The work primarily relates to supporting tasks related to data management, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes.
Our Team
Our team serves the family of Koch companies with supplier strategy, contracts and deal negotiations primarily in the technology category. We are seen as an extension of our customers' own team, challenging them on decision-making processes. We take a framework-driven, rather than process-driven, approach emphasizing the importance of understanding the customer. This allows us to work across the c-suite and leverage our knowledge and experience effectively.
What You Will Do
- Own maintaining data used for long-term strategy development
- Provide oversight/reporting related to long-term strategy development
- Create and maintain dashboards for reporting
- Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting operational business requirements and processes
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the operations process and metrics
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to independently accomplish goals
- Experience navigating uncertainty and independently finding solutions
- Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/similar formulas, etc. in Microsoft Excel
- Experience communicating both written and verbally in a team setting
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in analyzing data and creating actionable insights and visuals
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience with SaaS management software such as ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Zylo, Calero, etc.
