Your Job
Koch Global Services has an HR Analyst opening in Wichita, KS. This role will partner closely with business HR teams and other leaders to provide support in data/metrics, HR technology systems, etc. The role will also help others connect to data and enable them to drive business decisions and business insight.
This position is based in Wichita, KS.
What You Will Do
- Partnering with Business HR teams regarding data/metrics, configuration, business initiatives and HR technology systems (Infor myHR, Tableau, system configurations, etc.)
- Reviewing quality of data for Koch Industries (KII), KBX and Koch Capabilities and collaborate on ways to improve/transform the quality of the data.
- Building valuable dashboards and reports based on collaboration with Business HR and Koch Recruiting team members within Tableau, Power Bi, etc. that help teams connect to the data, business insight and drive business decisions
- Identify and execute automation opportunities
- Managing KBX, KII and Koch Capabilities HR systems security
- Supporting HR technology projects
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. to present data insights
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts
- Knowledge of descriptive statistical measures (mean, median, percentiles, standard deviation)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience building automated processes with Alteryx, macros, etc.
- Experience with HR technology, HR and external market data
