Koch 33 Collision is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Collision Center team. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level. We're looking for someone to communicate with customers, efficiently complete administrative duties, and work in cooperation with insurance companies and team members to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through all phases of the repair process
- Ensure insurance partners and customers are supported in a timely and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers by effectively responding to calls, text messages, walk-in business, and written correspondence
- Communicate and coordinate estimate appointments, repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
- Facilitate all administrative aspects of the repair process
- Other duties as assigned
We are currently looking to fill a part-time position, which requires the ability to work Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and administrative experience preferred
- CC1 experience a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Personable and professional
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
