This role oversees HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will support and coach managers, handle workplace investigations, coordinate training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records and systems. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting benefits and compensation processes, facilitating organizational communication, and contributing to workforce planning. Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidential information, and use HRIS and related HR tools or software.
- Demonstrated skills in training and development, change management, and supporting organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or a multi-location operational environment is beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site in Little Chute, WI on a regular schedule, with flexibility to travel occasionally to other company locations.
