Kobus Technologies is looking for a Level 2 IT Technician to join our growing team! We support local businesses with IT, cybersecurity, and networking solutions — and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Solve escalated workstation, server & networking issues
- Configure/troubleshoot switches, firewalls, & wireless networks
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy & backups
- Deploy systems, perform maintenance & recommend upgrades
- Deliver excellent support & clear communication to clients
What You Bring
- Windows 10/11 & Windows Server experience
- Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs)
- CompTIA A , Network , Server (required)
- MCSA or CCNA preferred
- Strong problem-solving & customer service skills
