Espresso Bar Manager Position:
The successful applicant will be a positive person who can be flexible and has the initiative to suggest changes and improvements at our two espresso bar locations downtown. Operations will be seasonal, with the busiest times from mid-May through Mid-September. We expect that shop hours will shift from season to season, but at a minimum, operating hours will be 6am to 2pm seven days per week.
This will be a 40 hour per week position with Direct Reports to the General Managers, We will create a desk for the Ebar Manager at the company warehouse office, located within walking distance of the espresso bars, and supply a computer for ordering and administrative work.
We anticipate at least one weekly meeting between the Managers on a day and time TBD.
Responsibilities Include the following.
Shop Operations:
Be available to staff for troubleshooting any issues.
Work shifts as needed.
Manage the staff schedule.
Represent the espresso bars at weekly Management meetings.
Logistics:
Create Espresso supply ordering schedule to include:
· Create Grab and Go Food Vendor ordering schedule (list and templates to be supplied)
· All Espresso Drink supplies, including paper products (list and templates to be supplied)
· Cleaning Supplies as needed
· Coordinate with General Merchandise Mgr on POS supply needs
Other Admin functions as assigned.
