What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Kobrand Fine Wine & Spirits?
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will focus on inventory management and shipment tracking to ensure product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Receive, review, and process distributor, retail and sample requests accurately and efficiently
- Assist with processing EDI orders
- Collaborating with the Accounting department to resolve credit issues
- Organize daily order transmissions
- Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues with deliveries
- Communicate order status and availability to customers promptly and professionally
- Assists with other projects as assigned
- Communicate via email daily with the warehouse, distributors, and sales/marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 ERP, Inventory Forecasting and Shipcompliant systems a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills are a MUST (Microsoft Office)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
