We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented Pharmacy Technician who enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter prescription information into the pharmacy management system
- Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and inventory management
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Process insurance claims and resolve third-party billing issues
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation
- Receive, organize, and stock medication deliveries
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and team members to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician registration/licensure preferred
- Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with pharmacy software and insurance billing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
