Travel Requirements:
As a remote-first organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Kobie values meaningful in-person connection and collaboration that strengthens our teams, supports our clients, and enhances our culture. While travel requirements vary by role, periodic travel may be required to support business objectives, team collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events. About The Team And What We’ll Build Together
The Marketing Operations team is Kobie’s campaign execution engine — delivering outbound loyalty communications for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Organized into three pillars (Campaign Management, Development, and Quality Assurance), the team builds and deploys high-volume, personalized email campaigns that reach millions of loyalty members. As a Marketing Ops Developer, you’ll sit at the heart of that delivery — owning the HTML and journey development that brings each campaign to life. You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, QA Analysts, and client teams to ensure every send is accurate, on-brand, and on time.
