JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for promoting the sale of KOBELCO excavator products to corporate account customers and representing KOBELCO Construction Machinery in all matters related to corporate accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identifying prospect accounts that meet established criteria and develop targeted strategy to achieve company objectives as defined in the ICP (Individual Contribution Plan).
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within their organization.
- Manage complex, executive level negotiations to establish program terms and expectations.
- Serve as liaison between customer, company and distribution network.
- Track account performance, data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Support and comply with company marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent KOBELCO at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction equipment sales, preferably at a dealer, national, or corporate level.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities; self-motivated and results-driven.
- Time Management: Able to manage multiple customer locations across a large region; capable of scheduling visits, ordering supplies, and submitting reports on time.
- Budgeting & Math: Proficient in managing and tracking regional budgets; strong analytical and numerical skills required.
- Problem Solving: Ability to address and resolve client and dealer challenges effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present in meetings, write detailed reports, and deliver presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ten (10) years of sales experience in the construction equipment industry or equivalent work-related experience.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales & Marketing or relevant degree preferred.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
