QUALITY TECHNICIAN - 2nd Shift
Starting Pay Rate: $16.50

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products
- Perform and record precise measurements according to parts drawings and predetermined procedures using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Reading details, schematics, organizational, computer (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, Computer Aided Design), mathematical, and statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Document quality issues and report findings to management.
- Train production team on quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations.
- Coordinate internal sorting processes to meet quality and production delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior training and certification of CMM preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.
