Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sushi Cook to join our team .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls and other sushi bar items
- Prep and restock ingredients for daily service
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service
- Assist with other sushi bar prep and kitchen duties as needed
- Work well with other team members
Qualifications:
- Sushi or Japanese restaurant experience preferred
- Basic knife skills preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Willing to learn and follow restaurant procedures
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
Pay: $17.50–$21.00 per hour, plus tipsPay is based on experience.
