Responsibilities:
- Responsible for total food preparation and serving dishes according to Kobe's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation with a focus on sanitation and safety
- Prepare menu items as per customers' orders and portion sizes
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menu information and suggestions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and entertaining service
Skills and Abilities:
- Availability on Weekends and Holidays preferred
- Strong knife skills and ability to engage with customers
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible during high volume periods
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
Education/Qualifications:
- 2 years of cooking experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Culinary degree is a plus
- Must obtain approved food handling training within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 18 years of age
