Entry-level accounting position that will assist the Billing Specialist with billing duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Help Process Invoices for all divisions after reviewing paperwork received from shipping
- Verify information is correct by checking for data entry or shipping errors
- Help maintain necessary spreadsheets
- Notify Credit Manager of changes/corrections to maintenance customer accounts
- Assist A/R team with requests as other job duties allow
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, knowledge of excel/google docs
- Some accounting/billing experience preferred
