WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Learn a wide variety of specialized skills with the objective to become highly proficient in RF Cable, RF Connectors, and RF Cable Assemblies.
  • This will include a limited period of hands-on manufacturing in order to truly understand the intricacies of the design, manufacturing, and testing RF Cable Assemblies.
  • Under the guidance of our technical experts, a combination of 1:1 and self-study to learn higher level RF concepts and details pertaining to the application and trouble-shooting of RF Cable Assemblies.
  • Learn and understand mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical procedures.
  • Measure with test equipment, caliper, micrometer, ruler, tape measure, and scale.
  • Support Prospects and Customers with invaluable application guidance and education, specific to individual needs and in general.
  • Assist Sales in customer-facing activities, such as meetings, calls, email, quotes, order acknowledgements and technical assistance.
  • Act in a support role for Production to address issues as they arise in support of customer orders and training as well as a resource to Sales and Engineering.
  • Network extensively within the RF industry and beyond.
  • Adopt a continuous learning and improvement mind-set.
  • Always strive to help us to meet and/or exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Contribute to a team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner.
  • Estimated time spent across areas responsibility is: 50% customer, 25% production, 25% content.

  • Experience in a built-to-order (custom) manufacturing environment helpful.
  • Restaurant / Food Service skills a plus.

Due to our work with US Defense contracts, Koaxis may only hire US citizens and lawful permanent residents of the United States.
