What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Specialist position at KOATJI?
We’re growing — and looking for passionate, reliable people to help bring Koatji Oat Milk to more cafés and coffee shops across the city.
As part of the Koatji Service Team, you’ll help deliver product, seed new accounts, and build genuine relationships with baristas, café owners, and roasters. This is a hands-on, part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our brand expands.

What you’ll do:
• Deliver Koatji products and ensure our partners are stocked and happy
• Seed samples and help introduce Koatji to new cafés and restaurants
• Build real relationships with local partners — you’re the face of the brand
• Support demos, tastings, and coffee events when needed

What we’re looking for:
• Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Organized, communicative, and dependable
• Passion for coffee, food, and community
• ☕️ Coffee industry or B2B sales experience (especially with cafés, restaurants, or coffee shops) is a big plus
