Koala Insulation of Polk County is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team!
We provide professional insulation solutions for both residential and commercial customers, and we’re looking for someone who can build relationships, generate new business, and help customers understand the value of improving their property’s energy efficiency and comfort.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities
- Respond to inbound leads and actively prospect for new customers
- Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right insulation solutions
- Prepare estimates and proposals and follow up consistently
- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
- Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Represent Koala Insulation professionally in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred but not required; experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, home improvement, or building materials is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners as well as commercial decision-makers
- Ability to develop new business and maintain existing relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
