Insulation Crew Leader

We're looking for an experienced Insulation Crew Leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead a residential insulation crew on daily job sites
- Remove existing insulation safely and efficiently
- Perform attic and crawlspace air sealing
- Install attic ventilation baffles
- Blow both fiberglass and cellulose insulation to specified depths
- Ensure every job meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after each project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Complete required job documentation and communicate with the office regarding job progress
- Safely operate company vehicles, insulation equipment, and tools
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience removing insulation
- Experience with attic air sealing
- Experience installing ventilation baffles
- Experience blowing both fiberglass and cellulose insulation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a residential insulation crew leader
- Experience training and leading others
- CDL or trailer towing experience (a plus)
