Summer 2026- Camp Operations & Marketing Internship

Koa Sports is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to Shape Kids' Lives Through Sports. We are looking for dedicated interns who can assist our Director of Youth Programs and Summer Camp for Summer 2026. At Koa, we pride ourselves in creating a positive environment for our players, campers, and their families.

Koa Sports is seeking interns for our Camp Operations and Marketing Internship. This position is from May 2026 - August 2026 with a flexible per week schedule.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Learn Koa’s systems (Shiftplanning/Humanity, TeamSnap, Flickr, Google Docs/Sheets, Canva, Wordpress)
• Create digital content by taking photos, reels, and videos
• Develop content, updates, and campaigns for social media outlets including Instagram, Facebook, and Mailchimp/Hubspot
• Develop, create and oversee weekly camp newsletter
• Assist with all camp operations such as organizing contact information, creating camper bags, filing health records, inventory equipment, completing various projects and attending all meetings
• Assist program directors, both in the office and on the fields as needed
• Assist in the operations and management of the facilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a college student interested in Business, Sport Management field, or Marketing/Advertising
• Experience working with kids
• Organized and motivated
• Responsive via email (within 24 hours)
• Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
  
  

Pay: College Credit ONLY - This is a non-paid position.
