Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely transporting our team members between locations. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
- Maintain and fuel vehicles as needed, keeping them clean and in good working condition.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to identify any issues or potential risks.
- Keep accurate records of drop-offs and pick-ups using appropriate tracking systems or paperwork.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
- Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $25.00/hour
