Core Responsibilities
- High-End Surface Prep: Clean, sand, and fill imperfections to ensure flawless surfaces for luxury-standard finishing.
- Precision Application: Use HVLP spray systems to apply clear coats, paints, and varnishes with even coverage and no defects.
- Stain Matching: Mix pigments and stains to achieve exact color, texture, and sheen requirements for custom projects.
- Shop Management: Maintain spray equipment,and keep a clean, safe workspace.

- Experience: At least 1 year of HVLP spray experience is required.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
