We are seeking an organized and motivated District Manager who will team up with Operations Leadership to improve financial performance and customer service experience for all KO Storage facilities in their district. This person will provide leadership to their Facility Managers on the ground to ensure the operations of their facilities are at their best day in and day out.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: KO Storage Headquarters in Minnetonka, MN. Travel 25-50% of the time to assigned facilities.

A Day in the Life
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage change.
- Execute Monday through Friday communication with facility teams.
- Monitor the physical condition of assigned properties
- Collect bids and secure contracts for vendor services as needed.
- Hire, train and supervise facility level employees.
- Monitor and optimize the financial health of assigned facilities
- Review and approve all assigned hourly employee payroll weekly.
- Conduct regular physical audits of assigned facilities to ensure Facility Manager/Vendor standards compliance.
- Onboard new facilities that KO Storage purchases, including onboarding new Facility Managers.
Requirements
Who You Are
- At least 2 years of supervising experience.
- Great attention to detail and pride in one’s work.
- Enjoys travel.
- Able to deliver on time, every time.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Valid drivers’ license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
