Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time hybird role responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships across the Rocky Mountain region. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new prospects, conducting virtual and in-person sales presentations, and developing tailored proposals for our customers. The role involves managing the regional sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service delivery. The ASM will regularly engage in territory planning, attend relevant industry events, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This role also requires maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across fire extinguishers, breathing air systems, gas detection monitors, PPE, and related safety solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, account management, and territory development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a multi-state region.
- Experience Oil & Gas upstream, midstream, downstream operations, Mining sales
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, and basic productivity software.
- Knowledge of or aptitude to learn technical aspects of fire extinguishers, breathing air systems, gas detection monitors, PPE, and related safety products.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize opportunities, manage travel within the Rockies region, and follow through on commitments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the Rocky Mountain territory; prior experience in a regional or field sales role is highly beneficial.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
