Ko Martial Arts (KOMA) is a premium martial arts academy serving families in Johnson County with three locations in Overland Park, Olathe, and Prairie Village.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the business side of our organization. This role is responsible for the performance, systems, and customer experience across all locations.
This is not a task-based role. This is a leadership position for someone who takes responsibility, solves problems, and drives results.
What You Will Own
- Lead management and enrollment process from first inquiry to new student enrollment
- Follow up systems across phone, text, and email
- Customer experience from first visit through long term retention
- Staff accountability for administrative, front desk, and creative roles
- Scheduling systems, class capacity, and operational efficiency
- Event execution including school partnerships and in-house events
- Weekly reporting on key metrics including leads, appointments, conversions, and active students

- High show rates and strong conversion from first visit to enrollment
- Clear systems that run without constant oversight
- Team members completing tasks on time and at a high standard

- $60,000 to $85,000 per year based on experience
