This role helps keep our hotel and guest amenities clean, safe, and running smoothly. As a Pool Attendant, you help create a welcoming environment by maintaining the pool and fitness areas, delivering fresh linens, and keeping common spaces tidy. What you bring to the table
- Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
- Greet each Guest with a friendly smile, make eye contact, and set the stage for genuine hospitality.
- Deliver excellent guest service by following the resort's service standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates.
- Keep guest areas (including hallways, the pool area, and fitness center) clean and presentable.
- Assist with housekeeping support tasks such as restocking carts, shampooing carpets, and breaking down cardboard.
- Restock and organize storage rooms, linen closets, and supply carts.
- Monitor the pool area and enforce safety guidelines with a calm and helpful approach.
- Provide guidance to guests on fitness equipment when needed.
- Offer friendly gestures such as greetings, assistance, and support to create memorable guest experiences.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

- A warm smile and genuine love for hospitality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing focus.
- A bonus if you can remember names, faces, and little details that make Guests feel special.
- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.
