We are launching our first location in Cedar Park and building a founding team that will help shape the culture, energy, and member experience from day one.

Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Fitness Manager at KO Fitness – Cedar Park.
While the title reflects the long-term leadership opportunity, this position begins as a part-time coaching role where you will lead group classes, connect with members, and help deliver an exceptional studio experience.
We are looking for someone who wants more than just teaching classes — someone who enjoys motivating people, building relationships, and helping create a strong fitness community.
The right candidate will demonstrate leadership, reliability, and initiative. As the studio grows, strong performers will take on increasing responsibility and have the opportunity to grow into management and leadership roles within the company.

ResponsibilitiesLead high-energy group kickboxing fitness classes
Welcome and engage members before and after classes
Build strong relationships with members and foster a positive studio community
Help convert trial members into long-term memberships
Explain membership options to people who enjoy the workout
Maintain organization and positive energy in the studio between classes
Participate in social media content and community engagement
Assist with onboarding new members
Support studio operations and contribute to overall business growth
This role is responsible for delivering an excellent member experience during every shift.
Compensation$15 – $18 per hour base pay
10% commission on membership sales
Commissions paid weekly
Coaches speak with trial members after class, answer membership questions, and help people who enjoy the workout become members.
Top performers have the opportunity to increase their earnings through commissions and leadership growth within the company.
SchedulePart-time to start (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
Primary shifts will be evenings, with some weekend availability.
As the studio grows, this role may expand into full-time leadership opportunities.
