Job Description
KNS is seeking a dynamic Pick Worker to join our team! We want a candidate that thrives in a high growth environment and has a demonstrated a track record of success. Responsibilities
- Work under direction of pick lead to pick shoes onto tables or carts for daily demand
- Maintain pick rate set by KNS Warehouse Management
- Maintain pick accuracy set by KNS WM
- Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are maintained outlined by KNS WM
- Communicate and cooperate with Pick Lead as picking issues come up.
- Properly train new associates as assigned by KNS WM
- Willingly complete other warehouse jobs when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk 8 hours a day
- Pass a full criminal background check.
