Knoxville Tile Installation is growing fast and we’re looking to add an experienced tile installer to our team! We are a family-owned, well-established tile installation company that specializes in tile floor installation, bathroom remodels, backsplashes, and fireplaces.
Job Skills and Qualifications
Required:
-Willingness to complete on-the-job training
-Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Has a minimum of 2 years of tile setting experience
-Ability to use technology (such as our job management app on your smartphone, electronic end of day check-list)
Preferred:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Familiar using Wedi and/or Schlueter waterproofing systems
-Carpentry and renovation experience a plus

-Works well with others and works efficiently without supervision
About This Position:
-We offer hands-on training and development
-You don’t have to pick up your own materials or supplies
-You’ll work a normal schedule without weekends
-We offer a competitive hourly wage
-You’ll be an employee of our company and not 1099
-Vacation and sick time to accrue after a 3-month probationary period
