Essential Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end users experiencing issues related to:
- Windows operating systems
- Email and messaging platforms
- Microsoft Office applications
- Mac computers
- Mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Basic networking and connectivity issues
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and support requests in a timely manner.
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with workstation deployments, hardware setup, and technology installations.
- Support basic infrastructure projects, including:
- Running and organizing network cabling
- Equipment installation and setup
- General technology-related infrastructure tasks
- Document troubleshooting efforts, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and effective communication.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and work through technical problems systematically.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Mobile device support (iOS/iPadOS)
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Mac OS support
- Firewalls or security solutions
- Network cabling and hardware installation (Ubiquity preferred)
- Technical construction, installation, or related hands-on project work
