Key Responsibilities
- Preliminary financial analysis for housing and mixed-use developments in cooperation with the Director of Real Estate and Development
- Plans review and coordination in cooperation with the Director of Real Estate Development and the Sr. Development Associate
- Property portfolio reviews and asset management program review with the Sr. Asset Manager
- Identification of potential land acquisition opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for community development, urban design, and equitable growth
- Hours: Flexible; typically 15–20 hours per week
- Compensation: Paid internship
- Term: Flexible start and end dates between January and May
- Work Environment: Office-based with occasional fieldwork and external meetings
