Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Knoxville, TN, for a Radiologic Technologist. The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining compliance with radiation safety standards. Additional duties include collaborating with healthcare professionals, documenting procedures, and assisting in patient care as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and Radiation Safety practices
- Active certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) must also be certified to work in the state of Tennessee
- Basic knowledge of medicine and radiology for diagnostic imaging
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medical protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience in orthopaedics or outpatient care is a plus
