As a Line Cook at Knoxville Ghost Kitchen, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and standards.
• Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assisting with inventory management and proper food storage.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
