CEO Position for Center for Behavioral Medicine Knoxville
Full-Time - CEO
We are seeking an experienced Leader with behavioral health experience that has managed previous facilities and possesses solid operational experience. Clinical experience is a plus. The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in business, social/behavioral science or healthcare.
The CEO is responsible for the overall functioning of the program and hospital. S/he is responsible for the development and implementation of a quality treatment program, compliance to all standards of operation by regulatory agencies, management of the facility and related equipment, the budget, the development of a comprehensive community relations and education program, daily employee relations and retention, and the supervision of the program staff including medical providers and their compliance to expected competencies. The CEO shall be accountable for the fulfillment of all agreements between the Hospital and any other Program/Service Providers, including Host Facility, as well as the financial viability of the Hospital. The CEO will prepare and present reports to the Hospital Board of Directors. The CEO shall be responsible for the fulfillment of the mission, goals and objectives of the Program and Hospital.

Qualifications
- Experience as a high-level leader in a hospital, 2 - 3 years - behavioral health would be preferred.
- Experience leading a successful accreditation survey. DNV experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's D egree in Healthcare or Business Administration - Ideally someone with a clinical background in Social/Behavioral Science or Nursing.
