At the Knoxville Center for Autism, you won’t be managing a large classroom by yourself. Instead, you’ll work with small groups (about 5 students) alongside a supportive team, helping students build communication, independence, and life skills.

Compensation & Schedule
- $18–$20 per hour
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- Consistent weekday schedule (no late nights)
What You’ll Do
- Work with a small group of students to support learning and development
- Help students build communication, behavior, and daily life skills
- Collaborate with a team of teachers and behavior professionals
- Use structured teaching strategies (training provided)
- Celebrate progress—big and small—with your students

Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- We provide support and training to help you successfully earn certification
