- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Upsell relevant products by highlighting features and benefits during customer interactions
- Manage inventory levels through stocking, product rotation, and stock replenishment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or assisting customers remotely
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Experience
