Role Description The Professional Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Montgomery, AL. This role is responsible for providing pest and lawn care services to residential and commercial customers, including inspecting properties, identifying pest and turf issues, and applying treatments in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The technician will maintain service records, communicate findings and treatment plans to customers, and provide recommendations for ongoing prevention and maintenance. Daily responsibilities include driving to customer locations, operating service equipment safely, following established routes, and ensuring timely completion of scheduled jobs. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting a positive customer experience through professional, courteous service.
