Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to clients in the financial industry.
- Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
- Knowledge of financial concepts and investment management principles.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role within the financial industry is preferred.
- Comfortable and confident interfacing direction with clients via phone, correspondence, and in-person.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and consistently follow systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
