CardioVascular Tech - Cardiology - Full Time

Position: 4 - 10 hours days

On Call Required

JOB SUMMARY

• Acquires and analyzes data using ultrasound and related diagnostic technologies for carotid duplex evaluations, peripheral vascular Doppler, transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiogram, and exercise cardiac imaging
• Documents accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates and collaborates with health care team members.
• Adheres to organizational policy and procedures, regulatory/accrediting body requirements and professional practice standards.
• Assesses patient and provides summary of findings to the physician. Uses independent judgment and systematic problem solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and optimize patient care and optimize patient care.
