Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of 3-4 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Open, clean, inspect, and secure each assigned facility before moving to the next area.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Assist with routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
- Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5pm 10pm.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members in a hands-on environment.
- This is a working lead position, requiring active participation in cleaning tasks.
Offered compensation: $17/hr - $21/hr
