We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist (Accountability). This position is full time and onsite supporting the United States Secret Service Headquarters, 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
The successful candidate for this position will provide support services that include the following:
- Assists with planning, leading, coordinating, and conducting reviews and internal Human Capital (HC) evaluations, audits, studies, and reviews; assists with assessing HC programs, processes and operations for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Assists with performing in-depth analysis of mission requirements and operating procedures to accurately identify problem areas and assisting with developing feasible solutions and recommendations.
- Assists with identifying compliance and policy findings and functional inefficiencies and assists with issuing required and recommended corrective actions.
- Supports the monitoring of internal and external evaluation/audit findings, assists with consulting with program staff on remediation efforts and corrective actions assists with planning for implementation, and assists with follow-up to ensure recommendations are operational.
- Assists with developing responses to stakeholders’ internal and external inquiries related to HC accountability and policy initiatives.
- Assists with the preparation of written documents and data reports (e.g., reports, memorandums, presentations, briefings, talking points, operating procedures, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs) for internal and external stakeholders.
