Job Description Project/Program
Position will require candidate to act as a liason between business stakeholders and technology teams, evaluating company operations to identify inefficiencies and implementing techincally sounds solutions. Candidate must analyze data, define project requirements, and create documentation to improve processes, products, or software. Key tasks include researching, communicating, and facilitating change along ITS technical standards.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Daily Tasks include but not limited to the following:
Ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business Owners and Key Stakeholders.
Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed and if approved, included in future project plans.
Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead.
Mandatory Qualification
Software Analyst -
Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers.
Skills include: working knowledge of software technology; computer programming experience/expertise; general business knowledge; problem solving/reduction skills; interpersonal relation skills; flexibility and adaptability.
Expert -
84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications
- 84 Months experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
- 84 Months experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, non-functional requirements specifications.
- 84 Months experience as a leader of requirements elicitation meetings, practicing effective communication to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met.
- 72 Months experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control.
- 72 Months experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing.
- 36 Months experience working on Health Care systems
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
