Responsibilities and DutiesAs an Instructional Designer, you will create engaging microlearning content, including video scripts, animations, and short courses using proprietary tools and established standards.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop clear, concise instructional content that drives real-world software adoption
- Translate complex Microsoft technologies into easy-to-understand learning experiences
- Create video scripts and learning assets that improve productivity for end users
- Apply your passion for teaching, writing, and user enablement to deliver high-impact learning outcomes
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and other enterprise software platforms
- Experience creating instructional, training, or e-learning content
- Passion for helping end users adopt and effectively use new technologies
- Ability to balance instructional design best practices with business and user outcomes

Required Qualifications- Associate’s degree or higher
- 2 years of experience in content authoring and/or technical writing
- 4 years of experience using Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office in a professional environment
- Demonstrated writing proficiency
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- 3 years of experience in content authoring or technical writing
- Experience in the communications industry supporting business customers
- Ability to collaborate with team members and gather required information
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and troubleshoot new technologies
- Ability to deliver accurate, well-written documentation within deadlines
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
