- Experience managing architecture governance and standards across an enterprise.
- Proven leadership in driving technology roadmaps and portfolio alignment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in architecture tooling and modeling languages (e.g., ArchiMate, Abacus).
- Ability to align architecture with business strategy and product roadmaps.
- Experience with cloud platforms and integration technologies.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Define and enforce architecture principles, patterns, and guardrails.
- Lead the Architecture Review Board and ensure compliance across solutions.
- Own and maintain technology roadmaps and reference architectures.
- Align enterprise architecture with business strategy and product portfolios.
- Collaborate with PMO to provide architectural input during intake and prioritization.
- Guide federated architects and ensure consistency across delivery towers.
- Drive innovation initiatives and oversee prototyping efforts.
- Present architecture strategy, risks, and opportunities to the CIO/CTO.
- Manage architecture artifacts and ensure quality and accessibility.
- Participate in the innovation practice by:
- Govern the innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and architectural guardrails.
- Prioritize innovation initiatives in collaboration with the Distinguished Architect and business stakeholders.
- Oversee the transition of successful innovations from prototype to enterprise-scale implementation.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of innovation initiatives.
- Champion a culture of innovation across architecture and delivery teams.
