You earned your Class A CDL. Now it’s time to turn that license into real driving experience.
KnowHow Transportation LLC is hiring new and recent CDL-A graduates who are ready to start their professional driving careers with a company that will support, coach , and help you build confidence behind the wheel.
If you’ve been hearing, “Come back when you have experience,” we want you to know there are companies willing to give new drivers a real opportunity.
KnowHow is one of those companies.
Build Experience Without Living on the Road
For many new CDL drivers, the traditional path means going OTR and spending days or even weeks away from home.
At KnowHow, there’s another way.
Our regional Amazon Freight routes allow you to gain valuable tractor-trailer experience while maintaining significantly more home time.
You’ll typically spend only one night away during your work rotation and be home 3 out of every 4 nights.
Build your career.
Build your experience.
And still have a life outside the truck.
Start With Training. Grow From There.
We know you’re a new driver.
We’re not hiring you and expecting you to perform like someone with ten years behind the wheel.
Our experienced drivers and leadership team will help you develop the skills, confidence, and professional habits you need to become a successful CDL driver.
