Key responsibilities include managing critical instrument PMs, handling MOC and Corrective Actions, overseeing SIS testing, and maintaining compliance with environmental analyzers. Requires solid leadership and technical expertise in industrial electrical codes, PSM principles, and experience in chemical, petrochemical or related industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the E&I maintenance team, ensuring safe and reliable work execution.
- Manage instrument PMs and critical tasks using the site's CMMS.
- Coordinate SIS testing, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and maintain environmental analyzers.
- Oversee MOC, Corrective Actions, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Promote safety within the E&I group and support technician development.
- Provide guidance on the corporate reliability program and manage E&I work during outages.
- Collaborate on procurement contracts, and manage contractor workforce.
- Maintain cost control and budget adherence.
Experience:
- BS Electrical Engineering degree with 7 years experience in plant level Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment Maintenance experience in PSM regulated chemical plants.
- Minimum of 7 years in proven management background of budget, programs and direct reporting staff.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical codes, RAGAGEP, and PSM principles.
- Knowledge of maintaining Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Ability to work now or in the future without sponsorship.
