Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
- Design and implement statistical models to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build data-driven solutions.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization for production-grade models.
- Develop forecasting, recommendation, classification, and clustering models.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a product-based company.
- Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Spark, Databricks, and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of recommendation systems and customer analytics.
