Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, billing, and customer payments
- Maintain, reconcile, and report financials using QuickBooks
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track cash flow and prepare monthly financial summaries
- Coordinate payroll and expense reimbursements
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration
- Maintain employee records and support basic HR compliance
- Act as internal point of contact for finance and HR matters
Requirements
- 3 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or controller role
- Strong hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Experience with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with employee onboarding and basic HR processes
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be local to Apollo Beach / South Shore area
- On‑site position (not remote)
Nice to Have
- Small business or professional services experience
