VP Food & Beverage

Overview:

$136,500 - $182,000 / Annually

The Vice President of Food & Beverage leads, directs and administers, under little or no direct supervision, the generation and management of the Food and Beverage Division. This includes revenue maximization, cost of sales and expense control. This position drives park profit performance through the effective and efficient growth of resale revenues and profits and supervises subordinate managerial staff. The VP of Food & Beverage performs related administrative, supervisory and professional work as required.

Responsibilities:

• Financially integrates a wide range of data to make highly informed business decisions.
• Identifies and documents financial decision making criteria and policies.
• Need to understand fundamentals to the success of the business: quality / consistency, sales performance, EBITDA.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive food and beverage experience at a senior level in the food and beverage industry with experience directing complex operations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
